Such a beautiful start to our retreat journey. It was an absolutely pleasure to experience Pilates with our beloved clients in amongst the truly beautiful Portuguese countryside.
What to expect
This retreat will be the definition of balance. Delicious, wholesome food, fine wine and even better company. We want you to leave with a full heart, clean mind and new friends.
Sculpt will plan your trip down to the smallest detail. From your transportation to delicious food, activities, classes and excursions. With your very own private chef on site offering a tailor-made menu using fresh and seasonal produce that has made this delicious hideaway famous.
Our excursions include a trip to the local vineyard and hikes around the gorgeous surroundings.
Location and villa
We have a gorgeous villa located in Portugal. The location is perfect for running, hiking and exploring the local area. There are a couple of airports nearby, the closest being Faro, if you are travelling from Manchester (we can help advise anyone travelling from other locations).
The villa boasts a large amount of space in and around the property for both activities and relaxing.
As always, you can take part in as much or as little of the schedule as you wish.

Yes we can, however you wont be able toswitch once you have been assigned a room.

Absolutely! We actually encourage this. Feedback from previous years is that people get more out of the experience when coming alone.
